RESERVATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
LVB BodySculpt & MedSpa Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED OR NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
- ANY CHANGE TO YOUR SCHEDULE LAST MINUTE AGAIN WITHOUT GIVING A 24 HOUR NOTICE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL STILL BE CHARGED AS WELL.
A credit card does have to be saved in the system in order to book an appointment with LVB BodySculpt & MedSpa.

Our system will also try to send reminders of your appointment. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointment from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment.
It is understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment, no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time for services. This will allow you time to check-in and fill out any appropriate paperwork. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals nor can we extend the time period of your scheduled appointments to be fair to other clients scheduled for the day.
PERSONAL CONSIDERATIONS
For the comfort and safety of clients & staff, children may not accompany parents while experiencing spa services. While enjoying spa services please show consideration for others by keeping cell phones turned off and whisper in the spa treatment area. Jewelry must be removed for your services. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.
Service Packages Expiration Policy
When purchasing a service package, please book and follow the directions as instructed by the LVB staff member to get the best results. Services within packages do have an expiration time frame, which will be discussed with you at the time of purchase. If you need your package to be extended, please discuss it with an LVB staff member for approval. We are always happy to work with you.
Time Frame for Services
Services must be used within the following time frames:
- Lymphatic Massages treatment of 5: within 2 months.
- Lymphatic Massages treatment of 10: within 3 and a half months.
- Lymphatic Massages treatment of 15: within 4 and a half months.
- Lymphatic Massages treatment of 20: within 5 months.
- Lymphatic Massages treatment of 30: within 6 months.
- TempSure treatment of 3: within 2 months.
- TempSure treatment of 5: within 3 months.
- Trusculpt ID/Flex treatment of 3: within 2 months.
- Lasers
Laser package treatments must be used as instructed. If not adhered to, optimal results may not be achieved. Laser packages do have an expiration time frame, and you must complete them within the time frame as instructed during the time of your purchase. If you need your Laser package to be extended, please discuss it with an LVB Staff member.
Facials
Facial package treatments must be used as directed to achieve the best results. Facial packages also have an expiration time frame. You must complete them within the time frame as instructed during the time of your purchase. If you need your Facial package to be extended, please discuss it with an LVB Staff member.
SCHEDULING
We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving LVB Body Sculpt & MedSpa. One of our front desk coordinators will be happy to serve you.
GRATUITIES
Your gratuities are greatly appreciated by our dedicated staff! They are not included in the prices listed. For a guideline, 20% gratuity of the full value is customary in the beauty industry.
RETURN POLICY
At LVB Body Sculpt & MedSpa, we make every effort to satisfy our clients. Product returns must be within 14 days of purchase. Sorry, there can be no exceptions. If the products are unopened, you may receive a refund, exchange, or spa credit. If the products are opened and less than 25% used, exchange or spa credit only.
All sales are FINAL on gift cards and sale items.
Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with one of our services, please notify the Spa Director immediately. We want all our guests to feel they were well served at LVB Body Sculpt & MedSpa.
