OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU DURING CORONAVIRUS

Providing a clean, safe environment for you and your service is our priority. Our staff already followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols regulated by local agencies before the effects of COVID, but we’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning. We remain committed to continually evaluating what must be done to meet the needs of our customers and adhere to exceed both Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and state regulations.

The following safety precautions are being taken to protect the health and wellbeing of you and our staff during your visit:

SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR OUR SPA AND STAFF:


  • Our staff has taken a refresher course on Spa Infection Control and earned certificates (displayed upon request).
  • Our staff shall wash their hands thoroughly before and after contact with every client.
  • Upon the client's request, the staff member can wear their mask before starting treatment.
  • Our spa uses an EPA-registered disinfectant on tools, containers, and all surfaces that you may come in contact with during your visit. Chlorine bleach is used for cleaning the spa.
  • Very frequent cleaning/sanitizing of all common areas to include but not limited to Lobby, Front Desk, Treatment Rooms and Bathroom, Etc.
  • To improve the quality of the service, only schedule appointments will be taken. For our walk-ins, we will schedule an appointment for a future visit.



SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR OUR CLIENTS:


  • For the safety of our clients and staff, it will be asked from you to fill out a Covid Symptoms form, please arrive about 10 minutes earlier if possible.
  • Please do not wear gloves. We just ask that you use the hand sanitizer upon entering the Spa.
  • We are working hard to keep you and the spa community safe, and we know we can count on you too. If you have the following symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, sore throat, headache, muscle pains, loss of smell or taste OR if you have been exposed to someone with Covid, do NOT come to your spa appointment. You will not be charged any cancellation fees. We will be happy to work with you to schedule another appointment as soon as you are feeling better.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective and is returned within 3 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@LVBBodySculpt.com or 914-639-2427. Purchased services will not be refunded, yet they might be exchanged for another service of equal or lower price. All sales for services/goods are final!.



ALL OF OUR PROTOCOLS AND MEASURES FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES.


  • Which align with CDC, EPA, and state of New York guidelines and are approved for use and effectively fight against viruses, bacteria, and other air and blood-borne pathogens on all equipment and surface in every space of the spa.
  • Including but not limited to extra cleaning and sanitizing of public or frequent contact spaces. This includes the front desk, elevator, entrance doors and handrails, bathrooms, and seating areas in the changing room. All of our cleaning protocols adhere to mandatory New York State Department of Health Guidelines.
  • Any employees, customers and visitors whom have not be vaccinated for Covid are required to wear a proper face covering when entering the spa. Failure to comply will result in denial of service.
